Welcome to Contemporary Medicine - the practice of Dr. Chris Blasy. 

Effective January 29, 2010 the office will be closed. Dr Blasy is taking a position on Ft Stewart in the Warrior Transition Unit.

For those who are current patients, you may request your records using the secure messaging or have your new doctor request records with a faxed, signed release. For most efficient service please request records prior to January 29.  If it is after February 1, please check the website for further contact information.
